PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

It mainly includes three processes of crushing, grinding and beneficiation, generally crushing the ore to 6 ~ 0mm or 10 ~ 0mm, and then it is grouped, the coarse grade is eliminated, and the fine grade is sent to the shaking bed. At present, the commonly used crushing equipment is the jaw crusher, the crushed manganese ore is ground by the pendulum mill to the required specifications of the finished products in various fields, and then the appropriate beneficiation process is used for beneficiation.

The first stage: crushing and screening

The bulk manganese ore is uniformly sent to the jaw crusher or the coarse crushing moving station through the bin by the vibrating feeder. The coarse crushed manganese ore is sifted by vibrating screen and sent by belt conveyor to single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for crushing. The manganese ore material after medium crushing is sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.

The second stage: grinding

The 0-12mm manganese powder sifted by the vibrating screen is uniformly sent to the grinding machine for grinding, and screened by the spiral classifier, and those that do not meet the requirements are sent to the grinding machine for continued grinding.

The third stage: Beneficiation

The manganese powder that meets the dressing requirements is sent to the magnetic separator for strong magnetic separation to remove debris, and the obtained manganese powder is sent to the dryer to dry.
