The hourly output of this production line is 500 tons. A single hammer crusher can complete the crushing and fine crushing of stones to meet the production needs of customers. Therefore, we recommend feeders, hammer crushers and vibrating screens to simplify the production line process. The feeder sends the materials to the hammer crusher for crushing, and the belt conveyor sends the crushed materials to the vibrating screen for screening. The unqualified materials are returned for secondary crushing until they are qualified and enter the finished material area.
