A mining company in Changde City, Hunan Province, due to aging equipment, currently needs to re-purchase the feeding equipment and main equipment required for the production line to meet their production line needs. After inspecting many equipment suppliers, they hope to cooperate with our New High-resistant Heavy Industry to provide them with the required equipment. This project is a green mining production line with a designed capacity of 400 tons per hour. The material demand is four conventional aggregates. In terms of equipment configuration, we provide it with ZGCX1550 feeder plus XGN-Z1615 heavy hammer crusher. This heavy hammer crusher combines the advantages of impact crusher and hammer crusher, effectively converting the original secondary crushing process into primary crushing, saving customers about 35% of investment costs. At the same time, the finished sand and gravel produced by it has a uniform structure, three-dimensional particle shape, good compressive resistance, and also greatly increases the export value of the finished material, increasing economic benefits for users.
