In order to meet the raw material needs of its own mixing station, a commercial concrete enterprise in Changde, Hunan, needed to build a reliable and cost-effective limestone crushing and sand-making production line. After multiple investigations, it chose to cooperate with New Gaonai Heavy Industry. New Gaonai Heavy Industry dispatched engineers to the site according to the actual needs of the customer, and after multiple considerations, it configured an economical, environmentally friendly, and low-consumption production line. This production line combines stone crushing and sand making, and the main finished product specifications are 05, 12, 13 and machine-made sand. From feeding, crushing, sand making to screening, New Gaonai Heavy Industry ZGCX series 1550 vibrating feeder, XGN-Z series 1615 heavy hammer crusher, VSI series 1263 impact crusher and YKZ series 3070 vibrating screen and other high-efficiency sand and gravel production equipment are selected.
